Tuition and Fees

Weekly tuition rates as of August 2024

We are private pay and do accept ELC’s school readiness and VPK voucher

Full Days (6:30-5:30)

5 full days $180

Half Days (8:30-12:30)

5 mornings (5 hours instead of 4) $140

Extra day added $50

VPK wrap around $130 when VPK is in session ($35 for individual days)

Extra hour for VPK only children (11:30-12:30 for lunch) is $15 a day or $50 for the week

We give a 10% sibling discount with the lowest tuition if VPK or School Readiness is not involved. Sibling discounts are given to full time enrolled children only.

Annual Fees:

$100 annual fee per child due every August or $125 for family

Other Fees:

Late Pick Up Fees:

$3 per minute after 11:30 for VPK only families, 12:30 for half day program, and after 5:30 for full day program. This will be charged in Brightwheel and needs to be paid immediately

Late Drop off Fees:

$3 per minute after 9:00 unless notified ahead of time for appointments or arrangements with Director

Late Tuition Fees:

$30 late fee if paid after Tuesday of each week. If tuition and late fees are not paid by Friday, the child may not return until tuition is paid fully. If not paid in two weeks the child will be unenrolled.

Bounced Check Fee or Payment failure:

$25 per bounced check. After 2 bounced checks, cash or credit card only will be accepted.

$20 per Brightwheel payment failure/rejected

Reading Program $50 one time fee to join when invited

Full days (any hours between 6:30 – 5:30)

Extra hour for VPK – $15 a day or $60 for 5 days (child can stay for lunch 11:30-12:30 or come in at 7:30 and stay till 11:30)

$150 yearly registration for child, $250 for family
