One of the greatest gifts, for any preschool, is their staff of directors, teachers and aides. Good Shepherd, by far, is no exception to that rule.
Director
The Director of Little Lambs Christian Preschool is Judy Mercer. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University in Virginia. She taught in a New Jersey high school for 17 years before moving to Florida. In Florida, she earned her CDA degree and taught 4-year olds for five years. Judy has been a preschool director for the past 11 years. We are very blessed to have Judy leading our Little Lambs preschool.
Teachers
Little Lambs recruits teachers based on our current needs and the special skills and talents we find in individuals apply for the positions. Any combination of the following may be found as part of the background and experience of a Little Lambs teacher
- Love of working with Children
- Previous experience teaching and/or working with children
- Pre-school licensing (40 hour course)
- Child Development Associates credentials (2 year course)
