Good Shepherd is governed by a Congregational Council, where members are elected to serve either a two or three year term. Additionally, some ministries and areas are lead by dedicated servants, under the guidance of the staff and council. We are grateful for these volunteers!
The Congregation Council has general oversight of the life and activities of the congregation, and in particular its worship life, to the end that everything be done in accordance with the Word of God and the faith and practice of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The council members are voted on by the congregation at the May congregational meeting.
